Every cart is assembled on our own floor, never farmed out. One team follows it through every station — chassis to trim — so the people who fit a part are the people who answer for it.
Running gear is torqued to spec and re-checked, trim stays wrapped until handover, and every unit is signed off against a written build sheet — not remembered.
